During a home visit, they will assess the staircase situation, measure your stairs, and discuss your requirements and preferences. Based on that, they will determine the most suitable type of stairlift and provide you with a quote. This service is completely free and without any obligation.

If you agree with our quote, our team will start working for you. The chair will be reserved for you and, if necessary, provided with new upholstery. The rail will be custom-made for your staircase in our workshop. Then, we will arrange an installation appointment, and our technicians will visit your home. The entire stairlift is usually mounted on the stairs themselves, so there is no drilling into the walls. After the installation, which typically takes only a few hours, our technicians will take the time to familiarize you with the operation of your stairlift.

We believe that a second-hand stairlift should work just as safely and efficiently as a new one. That’s why our lifts undergo a thorough inspection and are fully prepared for a second life in our workshop. We stand behind the quality of our lifts and always provide them with a full warranty. In combination with a maintenance contract, we even offer a warranty of up to 10 years on our second-hand stairlifts. You can find more information about this on our warranty page.

Every stairlift requires maintenance to ensure long-term safety and reliability. When you sign a maintenance contract with us, you will also benefit from an extended warranty period of up to 10 years. Our service department is available 24/7 in case of malfunctions.

You can also rent a used stairlift from us. This is particularly beneficial if you only need the stairlift for a specific period. Besides the fixed rental fee, you will only pay a one-time contribution for the rail and installation. The service and maintenance are included in the rental price.
